Wellness Policy

*If you are having cold or flu like symptoms, you must reschedule. DO NOT show up for your appointment. You will be asked to leave and charged a cancellation fee.*

Wearing a mask is optional while getting your hair serviced. 

Only clients being serviced should come to the appointment, unless you have prior approval.

Proper sanitation and cleaning will be done between each client, following the Board of Cosmetology guidelines, and those mentioned by the health department.

Please text upon your arrival and wait in your car or in the lobby. 

Late Policy

I understand that things happen. If you are going to be late for any reason to your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients that arrive more than 10 minutes late, will be subject to a rescheduled appointment, up-charge, or a modified service. This is to respect my time as well as clients after you.

Cancellation/ No-Show Policy

 In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, I ask that you contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total service cost at my discretion. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Update 5/7/23:

If your card on file declines, you will be unable to book future appointments. 

Detangling

There will be a charge of $20 for excessive detangling and/or neglected hair. Neglected hair is but not limited to; hair that has not been washed and/or detangled within the last 7 days prior to the appointment.

During your service, I do my absolute best to help you reach your hair goals. If, for ANY reason you are unhappy with your service or need anything adjusted, please contact me within 7 days after your appointment so that we can make the proper adjustments.

It is important to have an established relationship with a stylist. Regular appointments allow for routine maintenance and check-ins.  After 12 months, I no longer know you or your hair, and we will need to re-establish services.

Yes. I do offer services for kids. If they are age 5 and under, please request an appointment here. Services for kids may be modified if they are not able to sit for a full appointment. Please note, services for kids are the same as adults unless otherwise quoted. If they are not yet ready for the salon, please look into my alternative options. (options will be updated in 2024)

My services are best for those who wear their hair naturally curly 90% of the time. I do not offer flat iron services at this time.

I do not offer any services that alter your natural curl. This includes keratin treatments, relaxers, and perms.
